August, 2011 - Check out our new wind quintet arrangement of "Holly Rag" (Raymond Litzenberger, 1911). It is a delightfully melodic, bright, and cheery rag, essential for your ensemble's winter holiday repertoire.
March, 2011 - Celebrate spring with the bright music of "Sunflower Rag," written by Percy Wenrich for piano in 1911. This wind quintet arrangement features an opening clarinet melody, followed by conversation among all the instruments. This rag is pleasant, upbeat, and sure to be a delight at spring and summer concerts.
March, 2011 - Spring is on its way! Let's celebrate with "Honeysuckle," a wickedly fun rag in a minor key, written by George Botsford in 1911. Arrangement for wind quintet features oboe on melody.
January, 2011 - Happy New Year! The Symphonic Garden is honored to have the "Fig Leaf" rag arrangement featured on AfriClassical!
December, 2010 - "Pansy Blossoms" rag (Charles Johnson, 1909) is now available for wind quintet. The French horn is featured in this fantastic carnival piece.
December, 2010 - The wind quintet arrangement of Scott Joplin's "Fig Leaf" rag is now available. This piece is more complex and intricate than many other rags, and I've woven the melody throughout the various instrument parts so that each player is challenged.
